Management 3.0 Agile Team Leadership

This workshop offers a comprehensive learning experience to create optimal conditions for the self-organization of teams. The aim is to promote the individual growth of team members as well as the team as a whole.

The course presents numerous practical tools and methods, such as the team decision matrix and feedback techniques. The focus is on increasing team satisfaction and creating an atmosphere of joy at work.

This interactive online workshop is aimed at various levels of leadership and roles, including traditional senior and middle management levels, team and group leaders, project managers, product owners, product managers, scrum masters, agile coaches, developers, and HR staff.

Participation requires some basic knowledge of the principles of Management 3.0, which can be demonstrated through previous workshops or by obtaining a relevant certificate.

Previous experience with the Management 3.0 Foundation Training is recommended, whether it be through participation in a Foundation Workshop or an Agility in HR Workshop, or through receiving a Certificate of Practice.

You can expect an extremely interactive workshop with numerous exercises and collective reflections. You will experience many examples from a new management paradigm. This workshop is actively designed and offers you the opportunity to ask questions and exchange ideas with other course participants and trainers. You can conduct your own experiments in a safe environment and develop ideas on how to adapt your change project.
