The course includes topics such as understanding the importance of psychological safety in the agile context, grasping the concept of psychological safety, exploring various models (e.g., culture of silence, 4-stage model) and their practical application.

After the one-day course, participants are expected to have internalized the crucial importance of psychological safety and be able to immediately take active steps to promote it within their teams. A certificate of participation from flowdays is also awarded.

The training is aimed at leaders and members of agile teams who work in complex environments and want to enhance their skills regarding psychological safety.

The course package includes a self-assessment on psychological safety, catering and lunch on the day of the course, a list of recommended further reading, a 30-minute coaching session after the workshop, and a certificate of participation.
