In the two-day SAFe® Scrum Master training, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of your role as Scrum Master in a company that uses SAFe®. Unlike traditional Scrum Master programs that focus on the team level, this course looks at the role of the entire business environment and teaches you how to plan and execute Program Increments (PIs) successfully.
You will also get to know the core components of scaled agility in development and how Scrum is used to support iteration planning even within large organizations.
In addition, you will learn how agile, high-performance teams are built, and servant leaders and coaches are developed to achieve maximum added value. The mandatory Scrum Master Online Seminar also offers excellent added value for the participants because it guides them through the SAFe concepts. Your SAFe® 6.0 Scrum Master (SSM) certification qualifies you to be responsible for the role in a SAFe® environment and to support teams and companies in the SAFe® implementation.
