In the SAFe® for Teams - Practitioner (SP) training, you will acquire the skills necessary to become part of a high-performance team within an Agile Release Train (ART). You will develop a deep understanding of how an ART functions and how a team effectively collaborates with other teams. You will learn how a team generates value and how it effectively fulfills roles and responsibilities using Scrum, Kanban, and XP.
During the two-day SAFe Teams program, you will learn how to break down features and write good user stories. You will learn how to plan and execute iterations and how to transition them into a program increment. Additionally, you will learn what continuous delivery means for teams within the DevOps culture. Experience how to collaborate with other teams and what it takes to continuously improve the performance of the ART.

A SAFe Practitioner (SP) is a Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe) team member responsible for implementing Scrum, Kanban, and Extreme Programming (XP) in a SAFe environment.
